Your child was a curious little girl who loved bright colors. Today, she was playing with a beautiful, shiny toy boat outside. The afternoon sun felt warm on her skin as she played. *CRACK!* The little boat slipped right out of your child's hands. It hit a big stone and the bright, red sail broke clean off. Your child heard the sad sound and her tummy felt wobbly with worry.
Names shown above are placeholders. In your copy every "your child" becomes your child's real name, and Dad and a brother and a sister take their places in the story.
